Meet Janelle R. Dawkins, this Maryland native professionally works as a Project Manager for United Way of Central Maryland, and is the passionate owner and operator of Ellena J. LLC Consulting, which houses The Admin Superhero- a virtual assistance and business consulting firm, The Cup Chick Custom Tumblers and More, and The Golden Flicker Candle Co.
She is a Certified Life & Harmony Coach, Author and Public Speaker who focuses on helping established coaches, public speakers and authors develop systems and strategies within their businesses to help them free up the time they need to focus more on income generating activities within their businesses. It is her mission to live out God’s purpose for her life by helping others excel in their businesses.

Janelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Salisbury University and a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University. She has over 20 years of administrative, coaching and mentoring experience to all age groups and has over 10 years of training and facilitating experience in several different industries. She is a Certified Administrative Professional, Notary Public, and Signing Agent. Janelle resides in Maryland with her husband and four children and enjoys working in her community.
